Right, I'm a heavy Obsidian user myself, and love it.

I think the value of this disclosure is more in spreading awareness about plugins, and demonstrating the vector. Where less sophisticated users may think, "Oh, this is just a collection of markdown files. I don't need to be too worried about malicious code."



Yes, when I posted it, I had done a search for the article that most clearly explained the paper and this was, on its face, the best explanatory one. To paraphrase Swift, "A poor AI analysis can travel halfway around the world while the human writers are putting on their shoes.”


I tried all the Logi alternatives for MacOS two years ago and found Steermouse the best. Has been solid through OS updates and has many great features I live by, especially chords.
